Gundersen Lutheran MedLink AIR EC145 medical completion

We’ve been busy!  Here’s what has been happening at HSI in the last several months.

-- HSI Awarded Eurocopter EC 145 Medical Completion -Helicopter Specialties was recently awarded the contract for completions on two Eurocopter EC145 helicopters for Milwaukee Regional Medical Center Flight for Life program.  These new helicopters will replace two BK117’s that we had also performed completions on for Flight for Life in 2000.

-- HSI selected as the 2008 Aviation Business of the Year by Wisconsin Aviation Trades Association.

-- HSI Delivers EC145 Eurocopter to Gundersen Lutheran MedLink AIR program.

-- HSI delivers EC120 Completion to private owner.  HSI provided custom paint, avionics, custom seachlight and flooring for this project.

-- HSI delivers a restored and refurbished BO105 to ERA Med LLC.

-- HSI selected by University of Virginia Medical  to create 3 custom Isolette Systems with Stryker Stretcher for interchangeable ground and air transports.

-- HSI selected for the Chicago Fire Department Microwave Radio System installation on their Bell 412.

-- HSI selected by OSF Aviation Lifeflight and Lifeline programs for Balloon Pump and Ventilator mount upgrades.

-- We are proud that we were awarded the 2007 Emerging Small Business of the Year by the State of Wisconsin Small Business Administration.  We were also 2007 Recipients of the FAA Diamond Award for Maintenance Excellence.
